2016 Sport Gold Champion Jeff LaVelle

The Super Glasair III was back this year and Jeff LaVelle picked up where he left off, winning back the Sport Gold Championship with a best speed of 403.411 mph!  The well proven design seemed stable all week with very little action in the pits.  On Sunday Jeff only ran what he needed to stay in front of John Parker, finishing the race with an average race speed of 383.397 mph.  Congrats Jeff!
